They had red and white vine vinegar in bottles that look just like the one above. It holds about 1/3 of a liter, perfect as a gift or to fit in the freezer. I've found some in places you wouldn't expect. I've found both jars for infusion and bottles at Home Goods and I've found reasonably priced flip top bottles at a Crate & Barrel outlet store. You'd think they'd be too expensive there but they're actually comparable, even before the crazy shipping charges you mentioned. Those online places only make sense if you order hundreds at once.
