Yeah, it's just my basement and it's mostly woodshop, but... I have about 17 cases of homemade wines awaiting consumption.
I just added 30 bottles of the Piesporter, a nice white wine kit. I also have several different kits of reds: Pinot Noir, Merlot, Bergamais, and Bergeron Rouge.
Closely guarded are the bottles of homemade fruit wines: Blueberry, Blackberry, Cranberry, and Black Plum.Limoncello – Phase 1
I'm drooling for the limoncello recipe linked below. This past weekend, my friend gave me a taste of the stuff he made in Italy. I can't describe just how amazing it was.
